I am not the best prayer warrior, but I like to let people know I am thinking of them and care for them. I have started making little plushies to give away to people who are either going through a hard time or could just use some encouragement. I have a blog about it and would love some feedback, and also to hear how others "creatively" give love away. Until Oct. 10, ,2011, anyone who visits my blog and comments, or sends and email to lovegivenaway@gmail.com, will be entered into a drawing for a free plushie, which I call "liluga's". Thanks and have a blessed day! Jamie Rose

Jamie, that is really cute. I didn't comment because I'm not signed in to Blogger right now. I guess I will send an email. Your blog looks nice.

I like the idea. Personally when I was in the hospital long term once, the comittee there gave me a muslin teddy bear, with a marker-thin tipped, like say a sharpee. Any way, it was so visitors could sign it, and I could keep it. It was a really nice day brightener to read all the special notes friends and family left on it.
When my step grandmother had a heart surgery that hospital also gave her a teddy bear, however, it was supposed to be used for her to hold in her arms close to her chest when she coughed, helping the pain that coughing causes after such a surgery, but she needed to be able to cough and such to keep the lungs from filling with water/fluid.
So very good idea!

I also really like them. They are very unique, so cool. The red one, the short one, I like too. I have a sweater that is wheat colored & ribbed, that no one wants. I was wondering if you would like it to make more of those?

Thanks everyone for visiting my blog. I am in the process of making some fall color liluga's. I'll post them on the blog soon. Blessings to each of you! Jamie Rose
