Ok, I don't even belong to this swap (I saw it too late) but i've kind of been following it. Amy, your jar is amazing! I have to ask...where do you get pear honey with coconut? That sounds amazing! Fun, fun! I'm definitely going to get in on the next whimsy jar swap! |

I think my darling swap partner made it...and it is AMAZING. I have had it the last two mornings on homemade bread/toast. It's delicious! Maybe she can post her secret recipe?

Cathy, Cathy, Cathy,
I received my Whimsy Jar today. Love it!!!!! I wish I had a way to post pictures, but unfortunately I don't have at this time.
Ladies I will try to describe my BEAUTIFUL Jar.. The lid of the jar was covered with a gorgeous chocolate brown and pink gingham check, with a brown and pink ribbon around the lid. The inside of the jar was filled to the brim with treasures of ribbons, buttons, really cute little angel buttons, carmel candies, (that I have hidden) a beautiful hankie with green and pinks (2 of my fav.colors.) a huge package of sewing needles that I needed, some pretty pink glass beads, note card, embroidery floss, candle, tea, pretty pink writing pen, and a beautiful silver bracelet with the words faith, hope, love inscribed on it. I plan to wear the bracelet on my trip to the hospital, a beautiful felt flower and the one treasure that filled the entire jar..Love. I could feel all of the love Cathy put into picking out items for me.
Thank you Cathy, I love my Whimsy Jar!
Blessings and Hugs!

Hey girls, I didn't do this swap (considered it but had too many irons in the fire already) but I have been coming and enjoying what you all are getting. How fun! I know all that stuff could not possibly come out of Amy's Jar. LOL You had some seriously cool stuff. Aren't Swaps Great...when people follow through and make them amazing?

I received my whimsy from Amy!
Amy sent me:
~2 theatre sized boxes of Junior Mints (my favorite!) ~An Emergency Candy Bar (too cute!) ~2 Skeins of yarn (can't wait to use!) ~Some adorable stickers for Christmas and for the Chocolate lover (hmmm, who could that be?) ~Some Watkins Mint Extract ~And Watkins Vanilla Extract (these are going to be perfect for the holidays!) ~Lip Blam (no not a spelling mistake, very cute lip balm) ~Some hand cream for knitters (I cannot wait to use this especially since I am working on a wool scarf for my honey) ~Yankee Candles! I grew up in Western MA and used to visit the Yankee Candle Factory before they got so big. I love the votives! The scents are: Maple Pancakes, Pumpkin Pie, Vanilla Cupcake, Orange Dreamsicle, Strawberry Buttercream and Almond Cookies. They smell so good!
I will try and post a photo soon!
Thank you Amy for a wonderful swap and thank you Trish for hosting such a fun swap

Thank yo so much, Julie. The graphic 45 Oz paper is my favorite paper, ever. I always look at it, and never buy it for myself. DH is an alternative energy fanatic, and loves the solar powered light. The Glitter T &7, the flower, and the card from CJ, have already made it up on my bulletin board.
