So, beyond baking soda, are there any natural ways to whiten teeth? I'm a tea/coffee junkie, and I'm starting to see the effects...

strawberries have an enzyme that helps remove stains from teeth so whenever I eat them I take one and rub it on my teeth! :)

We add hydrogen peroxide to our toothpaste (homemade) and it's supposed to whiten.

i swish and gargle with 3 percent hydrogen peroxide after coffee in the morning. it helps keep bad bacteria out of my throat too. happy days sherrye

I had always heard that wintergreen essential oil will help with tooth whitening, but I've never tried it. Good luck! I'm a coffee/tea junkie as well, so I know what you mean!
