I am borrowing my grandma's juicer and I can't help but wonder if there are any baking uses to the pulp after juicing. Right now I am mostly doing carrots so I was thinking I wonder if I could make carrot cake out of it or if since the pulp had been juiced if it would be too dry? Any other people out there juice and use the pulp in their baking? Thanks!

I will actually keep it and use some of it in muffins and cookies - just a small amount so it doesn't affect the texture of my items. Whatever I don't use goes to my chickens, ducks and goats!
