I am confused. I never did receive my October BOM from this swap. After making and sending an October block, I thought I was automatically in for the year. Did I offend someone?

Hello Sharon... Darlene has you and I for the October BOM. I haven't received mine yet either. She's been going through Chemo so I'm assuming that's why we haven't received them. I haven't wanted to bother her. I figured she'd get to it when she could. I am getting worried though as it's been a while since we've heard from her. Has anyone heard from her as to how she's doing?

Susan, Your block will also go out Monday. Not to worry. I have not heard from Darlene. I will be mailing her block Monday. Hopefully she is just taking time for herself to rest and regain her strength. Do you guys think that we should start the Dec blocks? We could each take turns sending Darlene a block. I think that would make her smile. After all farm girls do pitch-in to help each other. What does everyone think?
I was wondering about whether we should start the December block or not too. I say go for it as long as you don't think Darlene will mind. It would be great for me if the due date wasn't until Dec. 1st or after. Just my two cents. Have a fabulous day! :)
I will do whatever the rest of you think best for the December block. I also think it would be nice to rotate sending her blocks, either block of the month or friendship blocks. I keep her in my thoughts each day as I know you all are too. Rebecca

Received my October block and love it love it. You are getting really good at machine applique. Good for you! The extra goodie you sent was wonderful! I already have it hanging from my shelf. Pictures to be posted this week.

I would love to continue on with the December block. It would be so neat to have one for every month. I like the idea of sending to Darlene, so whatever everyone agrees upon is good for me.
