My food handling class at the Health Department starts today~ I am taking the first step in my tea room catering...hoping to open a tea room someday~~
I know I have to start somewhere..but I am sorta stressed about the class. There is a test for certification at the end of the class. I'm just hoping I can retain all the info they teach...I am pretty toasty by the time I work all day..But...like I said...gotta start somewhere~~!

You will do fine. Just try to enjoy it and you won't stress out so much when it comes to take the test.

Jan,

How is the class going? I'm very interested to hear about it from you. You can pass the test. You're on the way to making your dream come true! Yeah.
