Yesterday I had another fabulous Farmgirl meet and greet with Marilyn Rader from Divide CO on the left (our second get together), Sylvia Ekdahl from Texas in the middle, me Debbie Fischer of Florissant CO on the right. Marilyn and I picked up Sylvia in Canon City then off we went to Florence for a day of junkin' and lunch. Marilyn drove for us which was wonderful as she loves to drive, we stopped at a few yards sales then on to the shops. We had lunch at the 2 Sisters Restaurant which we all enjoyed then more shopping. Wayne Sylvia's husband met up us and we hit a couple more shops, Wayne is a real nice guy and fit right in with our little group of 3. Then they were off to Trinidad CO for the night as they make there way back home to Texas. Marilyn and I hope they had a wonderful time in Trinidad.
Sylvia and Wayne, Marilyn and I really enjoyed meeting you both, who knows maybe someday we will meet you in your hometown.
Continued safe journey home.

The meet up was great Debbie and I really enjoyed meeting Sylvia and Wayne. We did some junkin and then we had a great lunch. It was hot but the drive back up into the mountains was refreshing as always. Only met a few farmgirls but each one has been wonderful. Looking forward to meeting more and hope we can plan more meet ups. Thanks again Debbie and Sylvia (and Wayne).

Hi Ya'll-I had the best time meeting Debbie and Marilyn in Colorado. We had the best time doing some of the things we all love best-yard sales and junking. We are already wanting to move at least part time to Colorado and Debbie and Marilyn only made us want it more. I know I will be back up their way to see them, but REALLY hoping I can show them some of Texas someday! After all, Marilyn loves to drive and Debbie loves to go:)
Once again, girls, thanks for a great day!!!! We are home down and getting back to "normal"
Wayne says hi too.

Great!Its also a small world, when i was still at home my parents owned some land in florissant. We loved the area but it got hard to keep it up when we lived 3 hrs away.

I think I can speak for Debbie. What she said applies to anyone coming to Colorado. I will drive. Debbie will give me directions. We will do our best to come and see you.
