Hi girls, I am trying to beat this nasty summer cold, but could use some tried and true remedies for post nasal drainage, an itchy dry cough and low, low energy 
I've been gargling with good old salt water and using an all natural sinus rinse, but I'm dragin' around like a tired old horse!
Pretty please help! All suggestions welcome
