Thank you again Claudia, for grabbing the reins, and setting up this list! Praying for all the farmgirls, in this group and all around. God is amazing, and He has blessed us so much already, just look at the sisters He blessed us with here! Looking forward to getting to know Pam! (((Hugs)))

I just looked at my last post and cleaned up the spelling error. This is an excuse (lol), but I have had a cataract with a lens replaced in my right eye, & have a cataract in my left which I will probably have surgery in March. I have a hard time focusing with one eye that can see if I am a foot away from the screen...and an eye that can't see up close at all. So apologies to you all...and kudos to those who can make sense out of my spelling sometimes.

Thanks Brenda... I won't have the surgery until March, even though Dr's say my eye is "ripe." I have trouble with driving at night. The eye with the cataract takes some of the glare from oncoming lights...especially those newer blue/purple things. They are deadly to drive against. I'll wait until there is less winter darkness and more sunlight hours. I'll be waiting to plant my gardens by then too.

I'm sorry........I'm late but our computer had some troubles and suddenly stopped working! My husband was away and he had our laptop with him.But he is back, so I took the laptop away from him and finally got online again.
I have heard from Brenda , send her an email and I noticed now I have received another email from her that I will answer this evening.

Pam, we partnered up with one for almost 2 months the end of last year, because of all the holidays. I asked for those who wanted to continue to be partners to let me know. There were those who did not want to continue and there were some who did not contact their partners much which left them stranded. So we sign up again each month to 6 weeks.
Brenda, I appreciate your offer, but since I did not have a particular partner, but continue to pray for you all, if it is OK with Pam, I would like to be her partner. I will write you Pam and see what you think.
I know that God is pleased with those who have taken the burden of others with their prayers. We know that it is a "recommendation" to pray as it says in James 5:16..."Therefore confess your sins to each other and pray for each other so that you may be healed. The prayer of a righteous man is powerful and effective." Now I am NOT recommending that we confess our sins to each other...that is a personal thing with ones' confessor or trusted one, but we most certainly can pray for each others needs therefore "standing in the gap" for our partner. I hadn't heard from my new partner, as of yet, so I too wrote Pam an email. I love the opportunity to pray for all of you! It helps my prayer life so much. :)

Hi right back at ya, Linda!! It is good to see you all check in. IMPORTANT NOTICE: Since I have heard from several people who had not heard from their assigned prayer partner, if it is OK with you, we will KEEP THE SAME PRAYER PARTNER THROUGH FEBRUARY! It definitely is too short to develop a partner relationship in such a short time. What do you think about keeping prayer partners for 2 months rather than just 1 month? Remember that it is good to continue to pray for those you have had in the past, and to check in on them if you both wish! May God bless our building bonds among His children, and may we all grow in strength in our prayer life. There may come a time that our lives may depend upon it. You all have a good day .... and please let me know what you think.
