Finally, I'm not going to be homeless trucker any more!! Hubby is retiring in (probably) January and we weren't going to do anything till then. However, this place just came up and it's perfect, so, we did the deed. 4 acres and I can have horses.

I hope I can remember how to act!!

Congratualtions! Isn't it amazing how sometimes the perfect thing comes at the perfect time! If you have the place now it will make the transition to a stationary home so much easier. You can plan and get things ready gradually. I'm so happy for you both!

I dawned on me yesterday or so, this house is small-ish (instead of a larger house, they built up instead), so I took to the internet to find ideas on how or 'space' up the place. I remember a thread on here quite a while back about a bunch of folks living in small homes.

So bloomin' excited!
