Ummmm...yum!

1 lb ground beef, browned
1 onion, diced
1/2 cup chopped dill pickles
1/2 cup ketchup
1 tablespoom mustard

Mix above together. Place in skillet, top with shredded cheese of your choice. Make your BakeOver crust (1 1/2 cups Budget Mix, 3T butter, 1/2 cup water) and top the meat mixture. I then sprinkled some toasted sesame seeds on top. 425 degrees for 20 minutes.

With some beaked beans and potato chips! Tastes like summer to me!

Oh, I could do that with canned pickles. Our cucumbers will be in soon. Thanks.
