At first it has the texture of an icy, but melts to a thicker texture in your mouth. It does not produce sherbet exactly the way you buy it in the store, but tastes pretty good.
I absolutely love your blogs! I can see where I'll be visiting when I have trouble sleeping. So many great ideas...thanks for sharing them.
