I saw an article online on ways to cut belly fat (msn.com). Anyway, it suggested cutting half the butter in your cookie recipes and replace it with cut up semi-mashed avocado. They say in the article that it tastes the same. Has anyone tried this and with any cookies, and did it turn out? A few years ago a friend gave me Jessica Seinfeld's cookbook and I tried her spinach brownies. It didn't work for me, I could taste the spinach. I do like to substitute applesauce for oil in cakes. Anyone try the avocado?

Avocado cookies?!? Why have I never heard of this before? I run on guacamole.
