I had a thought - and it worked! Check out my blog for the full story and pix. I wanted a bag-holder to help me with putting up fruits and vegetables for the freezer, so I put pen to paper and came up with a design I thought would work...and it did! Now all I need is more stuff to freeze!

I can't see the words but see the pictures. I can't figure out how it works though. Are those dowels in a wooden base? And I see clothespins. But what are the clothespins attached to? I would love to try this too. I freeze alot of things and that looks like it would help alot.

Kris,

They are dowels in a wooden base. My husband pre-drilled and set them in with glue. He also notched the top of the dowel to hold the clothespin - give it bit of a place to sit. We glued them too - being careful not to glue them closed. This way, they aren't hanging out by themselves with the pressure of holding up a quart bag of peas or other goodies.

What a great idea! I would definitely like to have one of these, so much easier than growing an additional arm and hand LOL!

Great idea Holly and very well executed too! I use one of those vacuum sealers for freezing some things and this would work for that too.
