So, I'm going through my stash 1 packet a day or so. I had ribs already made, so I decided to make the spuds with spinach and cheese.
These are instant-no waiting, which is cool.
But the spinach in these potatoes is awesome. I never thought about putting spinach in potatoes-they go together very nicely!
They were also much smoother than instant potatoes. They were also a lot creamier! (Probaby thanks to the cheese)
I really can't get over how big and filling the servings are!
