We tried the MJF Focaccia bread last night. I went ahead and baked it in the oven, and it was wonderful! It wasn't the least bit spongy. It was crisp on the outside, warm, airy, and soft on the inside, with a caraway hint. It's just delightful. It would go perfect with pasta or soup. It was also wonderfully filling!
