Oh my goodness she is beautiful! She almost upstaged the dresses! I love those by the way. I'm a size 2/4 if you ever have any that size you want to get rid of. I'm just saying.
Good work all the way around Lisa. Photos were awesome too.
Another talented farmgirl to cheer!

I have been watching re-runs of the Walton's---the later seasons---and the wardrobe is simply lovely. I wish I had a figure that could wear some of them! What would a larger woman DO in those days---besides the corset that is :0).
Well, your photos are beautiful---as well as the model and clothing :0)!

Amazing sewing job. Good for you. Isn't your daughter just a cutie. How did you get her hair to style like that?

I love those dresses. I would totally wear them. She is a doll!

Happy it is, indeed, for me that my heart is capable of feeling the same simple and innocent pleasure as the peasant whose table is covered with food of his own rearing, and who not only enjoys his meal, but remembers with delight the happy days and sunny mornings when he planted it, the soft evenings when he watered it, and the pleasure he experienced in watching it’s daily growth.

I love the dresses and what a beautiful daughter! Your photos are lovely! What I love so much about 40's dresses are the shoulder pads!!! I used to have several that I wore in high school and college...along with my raccoon coat...I was a total retro girl in the 70's. Love to see this!

LOVE, LOVE, LOVE these dresses!!!!!! I just adore the 40's dress style but have been unable to find any patterns in Plus (I'm a curvy gal) or even close enough for me to alter. Patterns are my demise--I rarely even use them anymore.

So pretty! You are very talented and your girl is so beautiful. Do you sell the dresses? I just love the feminine look, I would wear them! I can sew a little, but I would never be able to make anything that gorgeous.

The dress and the model are beautiful! My 13 yr loves this era of clothes...and I thank you for the idea you gave me for her birthday! Time to look for a pattern and get out the sewing machine. : )
