I wish I were a Washington State Farm Girl. I use to live in Gig Harbor. Just another year or so and I'll be looking for some land to build on...can't wait! Best of luck in forming your chapters!

I have been flying solo and live in the Edmonds/Mukilteo area. I would be willing to join a chapter if there was one that met in the evenings since I work all day. Otherwise at least willing to figure out a Quarterly get together.

I live in Olympia and think a quarterly gathering would be lots of fun - may be on a Saturday? I wouldn't mind hosting one in mid-August if anyone is interested!

Leslye, Krissy and Linda Lou - we are geographically close to each other. I haven't had much luck with the Arlington chapter - I should call them, perhaps I got dropped from their list. I tried getting information from some other chapters a little north of us with only 1 response saying they were no longer active and no responses at all from the others. Is anyone interested in getting together? Or let me know if y'all get involved in an active chapter.

Paula, I'm all over it - we should get LindaLou and start our group! I've had no luck hearing from other nearby groups.

Krissy - that would be fun to get those of us in Snohomish county together. I see that "one-dog-per-acre" also has a get together planned in August but down in Auburn. Not sure I can make that one though I'd like to!

Lets come up with a date and place to meet somewhere. What days are better for at least a brief meet up? How about someplace in Everett?

For you Snohomish County girls, I'm open pretty much on Fridays and Saturdays. (August 17th does not work) Everett Mall is pretty easy to find and further east on that road is Target and in their parking lot is a Starbucks. Do y'all want to meet there? What days work for you?

Fridays do not work right now for me as hubby takes my car to school. His quarter is over in a couple weeks, though. So if you plan another get-together, I'd like to come.

Denise - that would be great if you could join us. How about you other Snohomish girls - are you still out there?
What time do you want to meet on the 25th? 9am or 10am - something else work better?
I'm on vacation at the moment, but should be back in time tomorrow to hit the horrible heat wave Internet is a little spotty at present, but I'll be home soon.

So how shall we know each other? I will bring my music bag - big black bag with a big white treble clef on it. I don't have my farmgirl patch embroidered yet, so I'll bring my music bag. How about the rest of you?
