Wondering if anyone can tell me which instant meals are Dairy free? I see on the website that those that are vegetarian are marked, but other than the obvious, (Chili Mac) which are dairy free? My boyfriend would like to try some on his next rafting/camping trip but I need to know dairy free or not before I order.
Any help would be great!

Hi Bridgette- All the ingredients are listed when you click on each meal. :) The Vegan ones for sure won't have cheese in them. For example the Couscous and Lentil Curry is dairy free (and yummy!)
I would poke around the online shop as there are lots of different choices!
Thanks Alee! For some reason the first time I looked at the site I didn't notice the ingredients tab! Found a few that might work for him, but many more that sound like they might work for lunches for me!:)
