The stamps have been bought.... 
Still trying to decide if I'm going to make my own postcards. The Long Island postcards are the same ones as last year. The NY postcards really don't represent my area too well. The city skyline is beautiful, but I'm still pretty far from the bright lights, big city!!

Hi Postcard Swap-pers,
I'm having my own made with a photo that I took of my "neck of the woods". Doing it through Postcards.com and it's pretty reasonable.
You can upload whatever, do your own headlines/text, etc. I haven't received them yet so I haven't been able to assess the quality . . . I can let you know if you want me to when they come. Should be soon as I know they've been shipped.
There are other ways to make your own as well . . .but I chose this one. I'll let you know .

Just thought I'd let ya'll know that I got my postcards today. I had posted yesterday that I was having my own made with a photo that I took here in my corner of Colorado.
They are NICE!! Minimum order is 100, but I figured I could use the other ones somewhere, somehow. They are 4 x 6, with the photo covering the front with just a bit of white border. The word "COLORADO" in large colored text (I made color, font and size choices) in lower rt. corner. In upper lt. corner in much smaller print is the name of the mountains I took the pic of. Has UV glossy coating (like postcards do) on the front.
I chose not to have anything printed on the other side, but you could if you wished.
I'm very pleased with them. Postcards.com
