Anyone use a topical Vitamin K cream to get rid of those broken blood vessels on their face?

Just noticed some rather disturbing ones on my chin today and was wondering if anyone has tried this?

No, but I'm interested in learning more. I have a bunch around my nose and some on my cheeks.
