Well, I was going to make a spinach mushroom quiche for dinner. But now I am having a bacon tomato sandwich.

Hope you can find something good to eat in there.

I made curry rice and put it in a baking dish, then topped it with chicken legs. It's in the oven baking. Now I'm gonna do up some fried corn and garlic toast to go with it! Yummy!

Cheeses, crackers, summer sausage, grapes and a salad. Tues is my off night most weeks. Easy supper or fend for yourself!
