Am am starting a spring detox for my tired ol' body. Maybe I can rejuvinate and get some extra energy out of it. I have started with adding lemon juice in my water and fresh litely steamed veggies. I have been doing detox baths all winter -they always make my skin stay soft but I need to work on the inside too. Anyone else doing this or done with it ?? Did you have good results ??
I am just about 1/2 of the way through my spring detox ... only a few more days! Only 11 days long. I am eating No : sweets of any kind,caffiene,breads,dairy or pastas. I am eating cauliflower and broccoli, apples / pears, veggies galore, eggs and lots of water with lemon or lime. Plus my normal food items that are not on the No list. Really not hard to follow. Doing this for 7 days then on day 8 I am drinking only water and cranberry water ( no sugar added) then days 9-11 sticking with the original list but adding yogurt in. So far I have lost 2 pounds but I am starting to feel good again. More energy and focus. But I admit I want some coffee and chocolate or popcorn ... well soon :)
I will be doing spring cleanse the week after Easter. Will start the week before with a parasite cleanse using black walnut hull a couple times a day. Then the cleanse the following week.
