Here's the gorgeous post-card from Karen # 377 that I received a few days ago! Of course, the photo doesn't do it justice! Spring in Paris is the theme...blooming trees, lovers walking hand in hand, antiques, and wonderful sights and smells...I feel as though I am there! Thanks for the beautiful card, Karen! I love it! xxxPaula #468

Carole - thank you SO much for the lovely Mail Art you've created for me! As I told you in my email, even the envelope itself brought tears to my eyes with all the thoughtfulness put into it - it's just so special! I apologize for the delay in posting pics - it's tax time, that's my only defense! Please forgive me! :) Here are some pictures:

Thanks again, Carole! I just love all the thought and care you put into everything you do! Even in the Valentine's swap: it was my foster daughter who recently pointed out the significance of the quarters you put in our baggies - silly me never noticed!!! You are just so creative and just so thoughtful! The best!

Melanie - My DH is delivering your Mail Art to the Post Office right now as I type! 'Hope you enjoy it! I think the card will make you giggle!

Hugs to all -

Nini

Carol...be sure and subscribe to the threads you are interested in. You go to the top of each Forum and it will ask if you wish to subscribe. Then any comments made by other Farmgirls...you will be flagged in your email with notices for those forums that you want to keep up with. Then you will find yourself doing less navigating and more just having fun!

Blessings,

Hi Ginny aka Oggie~

I have been out of town for a couple of days and came home to my April Mail Art waiting for me. I love everything with my favorite color blue and circles being represented, as well as The Blueberry Fairy. The Chocolate Covered Blueberries were really good and I did share them with hubby. Maine Wild Blueberry Pie Filling Recipe looks delicious and I can not wait to try it. On my mail art card is the history of the blueberries and Maine which I enjoyed reading. I never knew that 90% of the blueberries grown in the world are grown in your county, how wonderful. I especially love the little embroidery hoop decorated with the rabbit and it says farm girl all in blue. Thank you again Ginny for the special gifts and the time and care that went into the April Mail Art for me.
Farm girl Hugs,
Debbie

Hi Christina,

Your beautiful mailart arrived yesterday. Thank you so much! (And thank you for sending it priority!) I love the piece made of vintage cloth, ribbon, and buttons, it's so beautiful. And the card has one of my favorite quotes on it. You did such an amazing job! Thank you also for the jelly beans. Yum. They will be a special treat. And the seeeds, yippee! We had snow again this weekend, but only a little. So I know spring is almost here. I saw my first tulip poking out this week.

Happy Monday Mail Artists,

Just for your information for May. There will be no particular theme for May, so if you've got ideas swirling around in your head, go for it!!

Typically, there is NO specific theme for any of the months. They all seem to come with their own . . . but you ARE FREE to do whatever you like any time.

Emails with NAME/ADDRESS info will be going out to you in about a week, so you can be watching for them then. As usual, you MUST respond to those emails.

Hope that helps!
Have fun!!!!
Thanks for all your creativity!
CJ

Renee in OH - I'm so sorry, I am running late.
I've been sick for the past week and just haven't been able to do justice to Mail Art.
Thought I was doing a bit better over the weekend and then sorta slid back again. I'll mail before the week is out.
Thank you for your patience.
sincerely,
staci
