Susie, Go to the home page and click on Mary Janes farm magazine. Then scroll down and click on simple solutions. Scroll dow to the plateful section and there are directions to make sauerkraut. I hope you can find it.
I do it a simple way.........grate it up, pack into a large mouth quart jar, add 1 teaspoon canning salt, fill with cold water. Put on lid and band, let sit in dark place, till the juices quit flowing.
