I was so excited to discover 5 eggplants on my bush yesterday. I must have bought the for everbearing egg plant. This is the third year it has been producing veggies for us. Or is egg plants considered a fruit? Anyways we will be eating delicious egg plant recipes here soon!! Is anyone else seeing signs of veggies yet in their garden?
could you send me a link to this everbearing eggplant! We love eggplant. And right now I'm pregnant and seem to be able to eat unlimited amounts of baba ganoush! So we need a everbearing eggplant! lol haha
