I was told that I need to go on the Gastroparesis diet after taking several test. Does anyone else do this diet?? Any help on making meals that are enjoyable would be appreciated. There are so many items I love to add to my daily meals that are not allowed.

Hi Brenda,
http://uvahealth.com/services/digestive-health-1/images-and-docs/gastroparesis-diet.pdf

Here is some info I looked up about what you can do with your food. Since I have a malabsorbtion problem I sometime will put my food in the blender. I make refried beans and my meat then put the meat in the blender and mix with the beans. It is very good to me.

I noticed that when I do that I will gain a little weight. I eat a solid meal for breakfast and dinner and blend the lunch meal. I eat soft things like potato, yucca and smash those real soft and add butter.
