What a gorgeous quilt and what a wonderful thing to be a part of. I'm just overwhelmed by how beautifully it turned out. I can't wait to see the next one.

Hi ladies, it's gloria! So glad that I am reading all these nice things about this quilt! Yes, the second quilt will look very, very similar to this one. It's the blocks that are so beautiful, with the chapter names and all! Everyone did such a beautiful job. It is always amazing to me that women can be in different parts of the country, and come together in such a beautiful way! I love quilting, and am so proud to have been able to complete it for you all. Thanks goes to MaryJane and Cindylou for allowing me to do this for you all! I just love it, and sure wished I could have completed a block to be included in it as well! Oh well, maybe another day! :>) Keep up the good work all of you, and the 2nd quilt will follow shortly!
love, hugs and strawberries to each and everyone!

Cindylou -
Do you think there will be a 3rd quilt project in the no so far off future? We were slow to get our group together and still are working on a name, but would love to participate if there will be a 3rd. I am just amazed at the beauty of this first quilt and can't wait to see the second. Could some closer pictures be taken and posted?

Hi Jenny ~ yes, Patricia flew into Spokane, WA and rented a car for the two hour drive down to the farm. A farmgirl could also fly into the Moscow/Pullman or Lewiston/Clarkston airport but they charge an "arm and leg" for that last little flight! I truly wish ALL of you could have been here! love ya,

Hi Anne ~ I don't know if we'll do a third chapter quilt project or not. Gloria would also love to participate in that if we do. Summertime is a hard time to coordinate projects so we'll see what the Queen Bee has to say! There are lots of new chapter leaders who may also be interested.... love ya,

Good Evening girls! I did want those of you who participated in the 2nd Redwork Quilt to know, that I finished the 2nd one just in time to send off for MaryJane to have it in North Carolina. It turned out as beautiful as the first one did! The Redwork blocks are beautiful. It is larger, one row since we had 4 more blocks! I'm sure when she gets home she will post pictures! I hope you all like it! Thanks to everyone who had a block in it, and I feel blessed to have been able to complete it for MaryJane.
And yes, I sure hope we get to do a third redwork quilt! Maybe I can get my block in this time!
Have missed posting....quilting, quilting, quilting! Got to love it!

Yes Libbie, I think it turned out beautiful like the last one! Sorry it took so long. I always say "Sew Many Quilts, Sew Little Time". But it was shipped and I hope pictures will follow when MaryJane and Meg get home.
I do hope we can organize and do a third one! I would love to submit a redwork block for one!
Again, thanks for your encouragement and notes in the newsletter.
