Did anyone else watch this movie on TV last night and the night before? Hubby and I really loved it! It had Robert Duvall from Lonesome Doves. We were glued to the set!

Peace

Yep, I caught it too. It was beautifully filmed and loved the story line. Something new that I had not seen before, especially in a western.
I agree Duvall should do a weekly western series.

LOVED IT!! I caught it on my DVR too. Gonna watch it again this weekend....based on a true story too....I think, at least that is what it seemed like at the closing information comments about what happened to each main character.

We did see it & it was very good. A liitle violent in some spots ( I hate violence, can't watch it) but it was good. I felt so bad for him in the end, died alone because he was afraid to love again. I loved the actor who played his nephew, never saw him play a role like that before, he was fantastic.

We lucked out, getting the AMC channel for free for the month, so we watched it. Was very good, really enjoyed it. Especially since it was based on them coming from John Day, Oregon to Wymoing. Loved the characters, the scenery, the whole story. Too bad not more things like this are on TV.

I don't think he died alone! In the closing comments of what happened to everyone, I think it read that he was buried on his ranch/farm and she (Nola) was too!

Peace
