I must say I love my All American Pressure Canner! So much in fact I bought a second and am looking into a third. AA's have no seals to deal with and are heavy enough that they will out live me. In fact my 22 yo son and dil have already put their names on one of mine! Best of all they are made in the USA. I was think about finding a good gas stove to put out on the back porch and do my canning outside. I have an elec. stove in my house and I always think gas is easlier to cook with. Where do yawl do your canning at?
