I must say I love my All American Pressure Canner! So much in fact I bought a second and am looking into a third. AA's have no seals to deal with and are heavy enough that they will out live me. In fact my 22 yo son and dil have already put their names on one of mine! Best of all they are made in the USA. Yes they will cost you a bit more but in my opinion well worth every penny spent!!! http://www.allamericanpressurecookers.com/ or you can get them through amazon and people sell them on ebay, that is where I bought my second one.

I was think about finding a good gas stove to put out on the back porch and do my canning outside. I have an elec. stove in my house and I always think gas is easlier to cook with. Where do yawl do your canning at?
