If you are interested in a tutorial on how to cut up a chicken the way the butchers do it, I put one up at the blog with pictures. I love chicken and so it's great to catch them on sale whole and then cut them up myself. SOMEDAY, we'll have our own chickens when all of the other projects are finished and a coop can be built!! Mary Beth, You are too much! I can hack one up pretty good, but I still can't get the pulley-bone out intact. That's my new goal. I can't wait to see the video!
