Our "baby" is 14 years old and starting wind down. I remember bringing home my youngest from the hospital and knealing down so Belle could give her a good sniff and lick her right on the head. I just love her (my daughter too) so much!

So sweet! Hard to see them in their "golden" years.

Happy to be a "Raggedy Ann" in a Barbie World!

I get up every morning determined to both change the world and have one hell of a good time. Sometimes this makes planning my day difficult.

Thank you for sharing Tabitha, our Golden, Amazing Grace will be 9 in May, and she already has the white in her face, but has not slowed down yet. She has been the bright spot in our lives, we got her at 12 weeks as a companion for our old dog Toni who had Cancer. Toni lived 5 more years thanks to our Gracie so we were and still are blessed. They are the greatest dogs. Of course we have 3 little dachshunds as well now so Gracie stays quite busy and active with them. What would we do with out our animals in our families?

Goldens are the best! :)
We have 2 right now, Bonnie and Bear, who are both 3 1/2(But not siblings) They are still at the young, curious age, but still I can see a few white hairs on Bonnie's head(hmmm, wonder if it has anything to do with the litter of 13 pups she had 6 months ago, lol?!!!)
Our last Golden, Holly, was raised with our children. Even as a mature senior, she would be out running through deep snow, every chance she got! She became more beautiful to me the older she got, and she loved it when the grandchildren started arriving. She was my first "heart" dog, and I still miss her.
Belle is beautiful, give her a hug from me!

Tabitha - Belle looks great for 14! I love goldens - my sister had one and she was an amazing dog. They still miss her and she has been gone many years. Brenda - I saw your post on "fur babies" of Bonnie and Bear (at least I think that was you). Absolutely beautiful dogs... Thanks for sharing everyone - I really enjoy it.
