Hi, Linda. I'll update the announcement post when sign-ups are complete. That way I don't have to update it every day.

Webster is about three miles west of NASA. We're southeast Houston, really.

OK - I'd like to join - dare I? I just had baby #3, but so want to have a spring apron :) I like yellow - I like frilly and I like full! I like anything girly. I'd love something springish. I'm a size 4 and 5'8.

I'd love to join, but be patient with me- I've never made an apron before so it might not be the best one you've gotten! I'll take anything (I only have one so I definitley need more!) I'm open to anything, I love bright, vibrant colors and I'm all about ruffles and frills...but I don't need them ;) I'm a size 18 so it might need to be a wee bit bigger than the 'standard size.'

Hello All, I would LOVE to try the apron swap. I live in a small town with VERY limited sewing supplies, but I happened to be in FT Collins today so I picked up everything I would need.My only request is that I be matched with someone that wants a surprise. If that wouldnt be a problem count me in ! I will in turn be thrilled with whatever I get !

I would love to join, but I have a question...I keep seeing everyone posting their size. The patterns that I have seen, and bought, in my local, and only sewing store, are a one size pattern. What am I to do??

Anyway, I would take anything really. I do love brown and pink. But I truly am open to everything, I don't have an apron, although I made alot of them for gifts. I would like a full one as well.

So I guess, pair me with someone that is going to fit my One Size pattern! :)

Can't wait, how fun!!

This sounds right up my alley I would love to be included in the apron swap. I just love aprons and love the old vintage ones. My favorite are the ones that have a tea towel sewed into the waistband. I am not crazy about full aprons. I am 5'4 and wear a size 16.

Look forward to creating a beautiful apron for someone.

OMG! I've never seen so many Susans in one place!! We even have 2 Susan Baxters!!

HookAngel will you please share your regular name with us, too?

One size patterns will usually fit most anyone because they're not as fitted as other patterns.

Lorrae, I do have you down. The list above is just the Farmgirls who have signed up in the last couple of days. Due to maintenance issues, I won't post the whole list until the sign-up time is over.

It looks like at least 3 of us "Susan's" are not far from each other in the Southeastern United States. How funny!

Very small world, indeed. We have three Colorado Farmgirls within a very small area, too and it sounds like they already know each other!

Funny isn't it?? Lorrae(moonshines) Susan Domer and I all live in the same small town . We all knit together with a group of ladies on Monday nights. I didnt know that they posted here until I saw one of Lorrae's. I see all 3 of us have signed up for apron swap and betting we all have signed up for the dishcloth swap as well. I am learning TONS from these ladies. Lorrae and Susan D both spin, weave, knit and sew ! Last Mon they each brought the CUTEST totes that they have made from feed sacks ! I have 2 sacks saved so I can make some too .

That is so awesome, Susan. I used to live in Colo Springs and absolutely feel at home in Colorado. I went through Craig once on my way to Yellowstone. What a wonderful place to be!!

I'd love to participate in the apron swap. I like both full and half aprons, LOVE ruffles and as far as colors go, I like pinks and greens, but really any colors will work. I'm 5'9" and slender. I'm looking forward to this swap! :)
