I have been tryin to get white chocolate chips to melt in my electric chocolate melter but they won't. Not completely anyway. Is there something I can do make it work? Do I need to melt them in a different way? Is there something I can mix with them to make them melt smoother?
I bought some of the white chocolate flavored melting stuff to use if I have to, but I don't really like it. Would mixing the 2 together make the chips melt better and the melting stuff taste better?
I'm new to the white chocolate stuff, so any advice would be very welcome and appriciated!

Angela - look for chips with a high percentage of cocoa butter, or at least cocoa butter as an ingredient - I read yesterday that those melt better. Amy Grace
