I have been tryin to get white chocolate chips to melt in my electric chocolate melter but they won't. Not completely anyway. Is there something I can do make it work? Do I need to melt them in a different way? Is there something I can mix with them to make them melt smoother?

I bought some of the white chocolate flavored melting stuff to use if I have to, but I don't really like it. Would mixing the 2 together make the chips melt better and the melting stuff taste better?

I'm new to the white chocolate stuff, so any advice would be very welcome and appriciated!

Angela - look for chips with a high percentage of cocoa butter, or at least cocoa butter as an ingredient - I read yesterday that those melt better.

You can also add some canola oil to the chips and that will make them melt better and they will be smoother.

Or you can add butter or peanut butter. :)

Starbucks and sushi to green fried tomatoes and corn pudding-I wouldn't change it for the world.
