does anyone know of a good homemade or store bought glue that won't harm our feathered friends? We want to make some edible bird feeders for a fun winter project but we're stuck with the glue issue! Help sisters! Deb

hi debbie, there is a simple recipe you can use. you make it out of processed white flour and water. if they are going to eat it you use NO salt. you make by mixing flour and cold water together. cook on stove till it is the thickness of glue. use.. in my house i have a wall i did with flour wall paper paste. normally its salt flour water cook. my mom and grandma used this for many things as a glue. if you have a heavy bottom pan or double boiler it will allow you to cook till really thick. the color changes from white to opaque. hope this works for you. happy days sherrye
