I love this video from the 6666 Ranch in Texas. Boots is quite the guy and I agree with a lot of his statements.

As farmers we are raising beef and are environmentalists. I know on my farm taking care of our land is our number one priorities along with producing safe and nutritious beef!

This guy was also featured a few issues ago in Mother Earth News. I think it is admirable to go after what you believe, even if others don't follow.
