Has anyone heard of this? I may be calling it the wrong thing. But I'm looking for a recipe to make this for my husband. All I remember is that it had grits and spinach and was servered in a souflle cup.
My husband and I had it at the bed and breakfast we stayed at on our wedding night and I would like to make it for our sixth month anniversary...but I can't find a recipe for it.
