I'm trying to go through the freezer/pantry/etc in preparation for a move and have some ingredients that I just don't have inspiration for. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated:

Box of Creamy Portobello Mushroom Soup
Tin of mussels, smoked
Can of turnip greens
Can of mustard greens
Tuna packet
2 gallons of homemade chicken stock
cut up frozen zucchini and yellow squash

I've got all kinds of other dried goods but they're in containers sufficient for the move so I'm not too worried about getting rid of those. They include things like beans, rice, etc. Thanks in advance!

I think the box of mushroom soup, with some boiled potatoes, with some chicken stock would be fabulous!

Turnip greens and mustard greens are always a hit at my house, I throw them together in the crockpot with some bacon fat or lard...no matter if one is a can of one and you add to it the other...pretty good with bean soup and corn bread on the side... yum!

As far as the tuna packet goes, just use it like regular tuna and make tuna salad....miracle whip, celery, a boiled egg or two...fabulous on crackers...

If you don't have time to use them up, what about donating them to the local food pantry? You've got the makings of a good soup there with the stock and veggies. Cook that up or add chicken to top it off.

Use the stock, frozen zucchini and squash, and greens to make a soup. Add whatever else you like. Just an idea. Tuna and mushroom soup (and white sauce) can make a nice sauce for stove top tuna and noodle.

How about a pantry version of pasta primavera? That could use the squash, the mussels and the soup as the sauce and cook some pasta in the chicken stock and serve the greens as a side?

Thanks everyone! Those all sound good, now I'll just have to decide which to make :-)
