Hi--I just ordered a membership and used the above-mentioned code and typed my experience. Well, I didn't go far enough down on the message and just went straight to Home and bought it from there. I wasn't asked if it was a renewal. But I was charged (and I got a confirmation email) the $20 regular price. Can you fix that? My sisterhood number is 1272. Thank you.
