There is a post in the prayer round up area about Crafter (Lori). She is facing a rough spot and could use some encouragement and budget or frugal living ideas. She is going to be able to keep her home by borrowing from her 401K plan, but this is going to put another strain on her budget. She is feeling depressed and being very hard on herself. I think some frugal/budgeting tips and some uplifting words could really help her. E-mail me for her address if you want to help. Thanks, Diane

Happy to be a "Raggedy Ann" in a Barbie World!

I get up every morning determined to both change the world and have one hell of a good time. Sometimes this makes planning my day difficult.

I'll email you for her address Diane.
We are still battleing with our mortgage company and hope to stay in our home. I was stressed at first but after throwing my burden and anxiety on God, then getting a lawyer, finding an advocate group for these programs and writing to my Senator for help I no longer have the stress.
The American Dream has gone down the drain. With hundreds of millions of families lossing their homes every day cause of incompetent and fradulant lenders you can't even buy a home easily anymore. Until you face these things yourself you can not even begin to have sympathy or understand what others are going through.
The house across the street was foreclosed on over a year ago and still sits empty. Why???? Anyway, not wanting to start a debate just venting. lol

Diane,
I sent you an e-mail. I would love to help. Sometimes just knowing that you have the support of family and friends can mean all the difference in the world. We farmgirls proclaim to be a family of sisters, so now is an opportunity to help one of our own.

Hugs to you Diane.

What can I say to such a wonderful group of classy, supportive ladies. The care and support and all of the prayers that everyone has given to me and my daughter is incredible. I certainly don't feel like I deserve them, but I am so thankful that you all have so selflessly given to us. I have been given the best blessing anyone could receive and that is true friends!! Thank you for the wonderful uplifting cards and gifts- they all have brightened our days when things have been very gloomy. I'm working hard to keep a positive attitude and sticking to my budget- and seems so hard when there is not very much there to work with. Thank you all so much for keeping us close to your hearts.

Lori & Natalie

PS Please keep all the great ideas coming- I can use any help anyone is willing to share!!
