Hi girls! Let's share some of our favorite gametime snacks!

I have a few good recipes in my box, but one of the easiest - and a football favorite - is my girlfriend Kim's pizza dip:

1 8 oz. package cream cheese, softened
1 small jar pizza sauce
1 8 oz. package shredded mozzarella
1 small package sliced pepperoni
1 box Ritz Crackers

On a round pizza pan (or a cookie sheet will do), spread the softened cream cheese, leaving about 1" around the rim of the pan. On top of that, spread the pizza sauce. Next layer the mozzarella and arrange pepperoni atop of the cheese - just like you would assemble a pizza (you can also add other pizza fixins you desire - chopped onion and peppers, black olives, hot peppers - whateveryou like!). When the "body" of the pizza is finished, take the Ritz crackers and wedge them in sideways around the edges, layering them on top of each other so that you get a ruffled, pizza "crust!" All guests have to do is grab a cracker and dip! Or, if you prefer to be a little neater, a spreader is also a good option. :) Enjoy!

I'm really looking forward to your recipes, too!

Happy football season! - Nini

OH! That sound very yummy. My kids would love this. I have young kids who will only eat if they can dip! Thanks for sharing, and thanks for the idea!
