I make my own butter but I've only baked with it a few times. Those times I eye balls the measurements. This weekend is DS's milk and cookie birthday party so tomorrow I'm making a vat (ok maybe not that much) of butter for my baking extravaganza!
I think this site might be a life saver! I don't like doing too much math, ya know.
