The three that I have the best luck with are Oatmeal and Peanut Butter and Ginger Snaps.

I mailed cookies overseas. I made a spanish biscochito they made it okay. One thing I did do was get a prigles can and put the cookies in there wrapped in a paper towel. It kept the cookies in tact and they didn't get crushed. I did mail muffins in a plastic zip lock with a can of icing. It was a birthday package to someone who didn't have access to things like that. Anyways those lasted pretty well and the packages took about 2 weeks to get to the destination.

try the pringle can!

I've had pretty good luck with all cookies that I put in my empty (and washed) Coffee Mate containers.
