Here is a cute idea. Fill a small gift bag with a Halloween theam (I filled with a small pack of tissues, several individual wrapped tea bags, travel size handcream and some candy) hang it on your neighbors door with a note inside saying You have been BOO..ed!. Take what is inside the bag and enjoy it. Fill the bag with some tasty or useful treats and BOO a friend.
This worked well in the senior apartment where my Mom lives.
There is no set path, follow your heart stay the course.

Oh my this is really a cute idea. I just moved and I've met my neighbors but only just a hi here and there. What a cute way to make friends!! CUTE CUTE Thank you for sharing. I'm off to the store I need some stuff!
That is a sweet idea :) We don't celebrate Halloween here but it would be sweet to do. I just gave my neighbor H. a box of chocolates because she is always there for me, :)
