Whew!
After chopping a mountain of plums from our very own plum tree, straining the mash and collecting precious plum juice I finally ended up with 9-count 'em 9... 1/2-pint jars of beautiful rosey/plummy colored jelly-
This was my 2nd attempt at jelly making-Last year my Strawberry "jammed" and turned into Strawberry syrup, but I had success this afternoon with my plums...I am feeling rather pleased with myself!
Now....What to do with the remaining ton of plums yet to be harvested--
