Sara's newest outfit and the slippers are just adorable. She seems to be gathering quite a wardrobe.:)

Well Sara is at my house!! She arrived late friday. I helped her unpack and let her rest in the quest room after her long journey. Saturday she helped me finish sewing the binding on three baby quilts. One for a shower later that day. Just a typical southern baby shower - sweet tea, cheese straws, chicken salad, and every thing was monogramed. Even the parting gift - a sugar cookie wrapped and of coarse with a bow. I was delighted to read Sara's journal of all the places that she has been. Kim, I grew up outside of Gettysburg,Pa and have been many times. I took my family there back in 2001. Sue, I was born in Lackawanna. Mel, My son is visiting in Dallas this weekend. All the other places that Sara has been sounds wonderful. Looks like a beautiful day.... may have to do something outside.....I will keep everyone posted, Barbara

Well Barbara your son chose a good weekend to see Dallas.......finally no snow or ice and it's 73 degrees right now. Only problem I see is the humidity is high. Glad Sara is having a good time!

Oh Sara Sara, How much longer til you get to Dixie? We are waiting and are looking forward to your visit. Betty Sue and Jackie Faye and Mary Belle are all anxious to meet you. They have big plans for you once you get here. Please enjoy your travels and we hope the weather has been good. It is lovely down south for the moment and we hope it will be when you arrive as well.

Til we see you, have safe journeys.

Love and Prayers,
Your SISTER

Thanks to the one that resized my photos....Well as you can see Sara and I did some sewing, tending to the yard, went to some antique shops, and just visited. I am sending her to her next adventure. I have included a lap quilt, a pillow made from an old lace handkerchief, and a small wooden trunk. Happy Travels Sara!!

What a great surprise today! Sara is back in Indiana...in a town called Lizton! We are known as the ONLY Lizton in the world. A small town about 25 miles NW of Indianapolis. Her outfits, accessories, blankets, pillow, trunk, etc etc are wonderful! Such creativity! Now if I could just get my 11 year old and 6 year old daughter to let me see her. She is now ready for bed (thanks to 11 year old) and snuggling in her pjs on her beautiful quilt and blanket, with her head resting on the pillow!

Barbara,
You don't have to use Photobucket . . you can upload directly to the post. At the "quick reply" box at the bottom of the page, on the left just above the box is the little "picture" icon, click on that. A window will open for you to "browse" your photos and then you'll go back to that window and click "upload". It will resize for you. If your pics are really big and you're uploading give it time to resize. . .
It's pretty easy.

I am ready to mail Miss Sara....just need the address of the next person!

She has had great time in Lizton, Indiana! Went to the state capitol for TeenPact with my kids (she loved our beautiful state house!), spent time with our new chicks...more details later!

Ladies- Brenda had to bow out for personal reasons. I am not removing her name from the list incase the situation changes. That way she can take her turn. I hope that is okay with everyone?
