This looks like a great article! I bookmarked it and am sure I will use it often. Although it was 95 degrees today, "soup weather" is only a few weeks away!

Here is my easy soup fix.

1 can low sodium chicken broth/stock
6 or 8 frozen cheese ravaoli
Several had fulls of fresh spinach or frozen can be used.

Simmer till ravaoli are cooked. Add splash of lemon juice before serving.

Everything has it's time.
