The weight loss topic has been brought up a lot here lately. I have come up with an idea and was wondering what ya'll think about it.
I can tell myself a hundred times a day that I'm going to start eating right, that I'm going to walk, that I'm going to do some form of exercise, that I'm going to.... Well you get the picture. I'm just not tough enough on myself.
So I have been considering starting a facebook group and inviting my friends and having them invite thier friends.
What do you think? And if I do I can't think of a catchy name for the group. Any ideas?

Melanie, I think that's a great idea. I would join it. I just don't know alot about facebook. I guess I could learn. I'll think about some names for you.
