It is cool here tonight ladies! My Mom said it's supposed down in the 60's! I don't even remember the last time I heard a six in the beginning of a temperature reading here! What about the rest of you? Is fall starting to come?

Megan, I did smell a hint of fall yesterday just for a minute then it went away. It smelled so good. I am hoping for an early and long fall this year. I don't want winter.

They say were in for a really stormy and cold fall and winter here. Right now it is in the upper 90s but it gets pretty cool in the mornings.
I love all the seasons as they come and wouldn't have it any other way. The lord did good.

I am so ready for Fall/Winter here, its been really hot! We never had a Spring here, went from a very COLD Winter to HOT Summer. I am hoping we get an early Winter, I just love the cold, fires burning, cuddled up with my G/sons, reading a good book with a big old soft quilt across our laps, sigh.........

It smelled like fall here this morning too! And my instincts are screaming that it is going to be a tough winter. My horse is already blowing out her summer coat!

I am so looking forward to Fall! Its my favorite time of the year. I have this weird kinda feelin' that it is going to be a very long, cold, bad winter here int he NorthEast too NOT looking forward to that, but then again it will make us all appreciate all of the good we have when Spring finally rolls around!

Violet and Channah, same here! It's been starting to set around 8 here. I love fall and winter, mostly because of the holidays, and then afterwards, I can't wait til summer!

After the summer we've had here - I cannot wait for autumn! It's been so stinking hot & humid. Yuck!

It dropped into the 60's last night. Perfect camping weather!

LOVE fall/cool camping.

I am surely ready for the winter, which is usually not much of a cold winter here. Last winter we did get a lot of cold days. Wierd! I have had enough of the heat. Bring in the cooler weather.

Our AC went out this weekend, and luckily it has been cooler the past few days here too. Can't wait for it to get a little cooler. A little nervous for my first Chicago area winter though. I am from MN, but I've heard it gets super cold here!

Hope all your days are Sunnydays.

Wow, I can only wish it was Fall here in Texas. We have had 19 straight days of triple digit heat, today was 104 AGAIN! The record was 18 days so it's broke now, and we are looking for about 7 more days of the same! My poor yard and garden is roasting, not to mention the humans around here:) Bring on Fall SOON!!

Oh, I am so ready for fall! They teased us with 80's forcasted as highs this week and it went back up to the 90's before it got here. At least it's not anymore of the triple digits.

Leaves are blowing on the lawn after hubby mows, so ya, guess fall is coming even though the temps are still almost 90 everyday.

It's starting to get chill in the air which is nice. I'm a definite sweater weather person.

We saw a jack rabbit the other day at one of our city parks but he was still brown. Last year they were turning white early.

Fall is my favourite time of year, from the smells of the falling leaves to pumpkin pie.

Fall comes very late to south Texas. I sure would love a cool night. We don't get much below 80 right now. We have been so hot.

The trees here are changing fast (partly due to lack of rain) but the mornings have been chilly despite our record-breaking temps. Laurie, I feel the same way, worried it's gonna be a biggie winter this year! The leaves are already blowing some early ones off the trees here!
