OK, you caught my eye with this one. Dumb question. What do you use Banana Chutney on/with????? The only thing I ever make out of old bananas is bread!!! =)

Do what you love, love what you do.

Thanks Maggie, I'm always looking for new things to make. I'll use this the next time I pick up Bananas.

Maggie I HAVE to try this! I am sort of wondering how the addition of shredded coconut would be in it also (may have to omit the garlic if adding coconut) I would think this would have an indian flair to it... Could you tell me what it reminded you of when you made it? Now I am all excited to think of things to do it with it. Bet if you put a little in cocouse it would be fab!

Oh happy day! Farmgirl sister #1485

Robin, I admit I ALMOST threw some coconut in there too. I LOVE coconut! :) I think some coconut and a little indian spices would be utterly lovely. :)

Angie, we had it as a REALLY fun and easy appetizer with fruit and cheese shish kabobs. http://leprechaun947.blogspot.com/2010/08/three-course-kebab-dinner.html I also like in on bread with cheese. I don't eat meat but I think it would be nice as part of an Indian dinner with meat.
